If you've installed the sideloader packs, there's an option in the suntan section for freckles on the body. Also you can use overlays though you'd have to create your own graphic or find one someplace.
For the face you can use the mole or wrinkles section as both have freckles there.

Most overlook the options for makeup and freckles, that are done as paints.
Some paints, that are intended for face can also be used in a different way:

Im using Hanmen NG 4.05 Beta Shaders. I am having problems with the "Presets" tho, the folder with the Presets were empty so I took the one from 2.0 I think. And... when I try using it, my game looks like this:

Is there a fix to this?
