That menue is only one part. The bonemod is doing also things to the breasts.

If there were a game set in a completely different universe, with original characters and events, but maintaining the same concept and the same powers (with the same names and functions) as an existing work, would it still violate copyright?
For example, if the powers had the same names and abilities as a famous work but were placed in a completely new story and narrative context, could it still cause legal issues?
Are there specific rules on how much the concept and powers must be modified compared to the original work to avoid copyright infringement?

Something like the Platinum End anime, but with different elements? The angels are present, but the powers and other aspects are changed? I would like to create something as a pastime.Parody law protection could apply. But only if you plan on adding silly shit to ur plot. If you don't monetize it, they can't touch you, that's just a fanfic at that point. If you do plan to monetize it, then you have to be careful.
Creating original stories with similar concepts is fine. Using the same names and exact implementations of powers from a copyrighted/trademarked work is risky and likely infringement.
