You are missing some assets. The white balls or spheres are used by the game as substitutes when something is missing in the scene. In this case the red flowers. When you load the scene you would have gotten a message at the top of the screen saying something similar to "missing asset" and the name of the asset along with the name of creator of asset. Use that information to look for the missing stuff.

Tipping and Patreon isn't considered direct monetization. If you tried to sell your product on Steam, THEN you would need to worry about copyright infringement.
He hasn't been on almost a year now. Hope he's doing ok. It is strange that such a prolific poster would just suddenly stop like that.

In this case, it's better not to take risks, even though it's a real shame— it would have made a great game with the elements from the anime.

I'm having the same issue. I can create characters, but when I try to play the game (intro or not), I'm unable to leave the room. All of the links to the other rooms are grey and I can't click on any of them. Is there something else that I need to do?

Sounds like you haven't configured a character group, bru. On the Room screen, click Manage Characters.
The next screen click Edit Group. Then assign a group of models to go meet up with, or find as you explore the hotel. Also you will have to select your Player character--if you not already done that.
That was it! Thank you so much! I just put one girl into the group and thought I would then find more exploring, but I now get that it doesn't work like that. I don't know that I'd have figured that out quickly on my own.
