I rechecked it myself. I was talking out of experience, but it might have changed. I remember that at least last year, there were still some asking, why the stats on girls didn't change and that was the solution.
Either you can use the bulge (Or bulge in the pants) plugin or experiment with the various vagina bones.

If it's the first time running the game (with the modpack), assuming you downloaded/unzipped everything correctly, then it can take some time for the game to run. Try to launch it, get up and leave the computer for 20 minutes. Go make a sandwich or something. If you come back and it's still not working, you may have a bad download. (this is all assuming that you've ONLY downloaded the provided modpack and nothing else that might be interfering with launch).
