I already downloaded the game on Steam. Should I download the one on the site, the Steam patch or the main one? Do I get the mod I need from the Steam patch the same as the main version or not? And what is Sideloader? Why is it so big? Can someone explain it?

Depends on what error you mean ...
The FPV? (press komma) The gloss? (check material editor) That you don't get aroused? (well,... pills? Less Alcohol? have to talk?)

You don't need it ,... though many scenes will have mods applied, that are from there. Just try it out, it doesn't hurt and you'll see, if you miss too much. Probably a lot of maps will be just empty
Every missing item will be replaced by the first item, the game will find and that's:
Basic Sphere
A lot of floating sphere's around --> Many missing items

it's like i can't even do anything during h scenes. like select position, do an action, even i can't exit the game normally. when i tested with some of the card its fine, but i find Nanami it's kinda error or something

Sorry. I am missing the character mods, so she looks a bit ... weird. But without those mods, everything works.

Unfortunately can't be sure, but I suspect part or parts of the character mod not working correct.
