Are scenes just images essentially without any movement? Or how can I play scenes after loading them?

My spec is i9-12900h, rtx 3070ti laptop, ram 32 gb, HS2 install on external SSD with thunderbolt 4.
I you use BetterRepack R16 version, The game will give some-kind of notification for loading plugins, mods, bepinex, the last is loading the game.
For my spec it took around 20-30 secs for to get inside the character maker (with plugins).
if you install on internal SSD, it should run more quicker.
Note (from my experience):
1. you should also check your mods (Zipmods, plugins, file in abdata), sometimes some mods can make the game infinite loading time or make the game crash.
2. Too many mods (the size of HS2 game folder >200gb), surely make your game slower in loading time, longer starting game, or decrease FPS in chara maker & H-scene. In my case my HS2 game folder size is 351gb and yes it decrease the FPS now i can only play around 40-50 fps, sometime 30 fps if the mods is to heavy.
3. if your spec is better than me, and you install the game correctly, and you arrange the mods correctly, the game should load more quicker than me.

Depend on scene.
Some are still poses.
Some are made with vnge and need them to play.
Some are made with time animations - you need to press play button on the left of the screen/
Use intSetting to open launcher, turn on console and watch it. Than you might see the problem.

I still play HS1 & HS2.
this two games have their own pros & cons.
In my opinion:
- the size of this 2 games mods is enormous and if you dont have enough space,
better install one of this games in external SSD (HS1), the other install in internal SSD (HS2).
- HS1 is more better for FPS than HS2, but HS2 have better graphic & animation.
- For the mods, HS1 mods is little bit unstable, for HS2 mods is more stable because the format is ZIPMOD.
- for neck seam issue, for HS2 the character maker more manageable to remedy this issue, better than HS1.
- For HS1 mods, not many modder still making new mods for HS1 not like HS2.
If you still play HS1. good for you.

when I load up a character from the modpack in the character creation screen, I can't change the face settings. I can change the body and clothes, but not the face. anyone know what's going on?

in HS1 i know how to make hair to head acc, and i try to do it in HS2 but i got confuse because the mods format is ZIPMOD & the list file format is in CSV.
