so i found this tutorial here but when i get to the add more movement and u add the dick navigator i cant get it to work right. instead of looking real the navigator makes the dick squish in and become an innie then goes back to being an outie. doesnt get that real looks as in the last to vids

Try to move the dick navigator a little bit far. This dick navigator gimmick has two spheres, red & blue: one of them is the starting (insertion) point and the other is the path guider.
Or maybe the dick nav is not proper parented. You may want to use the scene I have provided as a tmplate and find out how it is works.
Right now I am away of my PC to help you with, but if you want I can make a mini tutorial this weekend for you.

I cannot play even a single scene in StudioNeoV2 - I have VNGE installed, but with every scene I got : CAN'T FIND VN SCENE SCRIPT HEADER. Anyone know how to dealt with it?

Sorry, maybe I didn't describe it enough. There's a plugin in Koikatsu called "pictureinpicture.dll" that allows you to show a camera in a separate window so that you can always see what you're doing, even if you're in another camera
