Yes, thank you very much, it works. The only issue was that the path in the file from your link was incorrect. Initially, the files were located at \abdata\chara\sakuraba_nengdai.unity3d. I moved them to \abdata\chara\sakuraba\sakuraba_nengdai.unity3d — and everything started working.

As said, that a Next Gen Shader enabled card, the repack really shouldnt have then by default since they do require Next Gen shaders to be installed and enabled.
There should be another card without the NGSv2, I only asked because Cunihinx pretty much forces people to actually put the NGS cards in the right folders so I wasnt sure if you got it from him or another source.
But anyway, "black skin bug" is cased by loading a NGS card without Next Gen Shaders active ... if it happens again, well just reset the shaders as explained or install Next Gen Shaders.

Check your InitSetting.exe, tick enable GraphicMod, untick DHH. click Start Game.
Like Baylin said you can choose whether you want to use Next Gen Shader or AIT Skin True Shader.

The main mods that you will use is: Next-Gen Shaders & Graphics Plugin
Try the latest version, if you experience bug or decrease FPS, try using previous version one below it and so on.

Download hanmen next-genshaders 406 beta and graphics plugin full 1.7.5.
Replace the graphics plugin 1.7.5 contents which is bepinex and user data to the original hs2.
Put the shaders 406 beta to sideloader modpack - material editor shaders.
And....still doesn't work. Still dark gray skin.
try to use graphics mod. It works. But the start menu becomes too blurry
try DHH. Doesn't work.
Idk if I miss any step but in my understanding, installing plugin in hs2 means put the file inside the correct folder not really installing. Or am I totally wrong here?
Sooo.... for now bye2 hanmen, it seems I'm too stupid to use your next gen shaders correctly.:/
can you guide me to fix this? when i change vagina the "collision" effect also disappears, my created female cards also don't have the "collision" effect it just goes through.

you cannot use NGS with DHH, the skin will become dark gray. Only use GraphicMod
If you not set up the light & the graphic, the scene will become blurry.
ingame press F5, try set up Lights, Post processing, Anti Aliasing, SSS, Presets, Settings. (You need to do this for Title (menu), Main game, & Maker (Chara Maker). maybe studio also if you use that.
Yes it's little bit confusing when first time try.
For plugin it's only copypaste the file, most of plugin go to BepInEx/Plugins.
if still not work, it's okay, just use the AIT skin shader for now.

Click the Item+ button, the one next to find item button. Choose both dick and the girl, dick first then female, and choose collide button. You can see it easily when you open Item+ button menu

I recently upgraded from an RTX 3090 to an RTX 5090, but surprisingly, Honey Select 2 Studio is performing worse on the RTX 5090. I'm getting lower FPS when playing MMD motions compared to my experience with the RTX 3090.
Has anyone else experienced this issue?
Also, how does Honey Select 2 Studio perform on the AMD 9070XT?

How would one go about removing the Hanmen shaders? The have ruined the look of my game and made everyone gray looking, even after using material editor to change shaders. I was careful to back up everything that was overridden by Hanmen and restored it all, but the lighting is still wrong. Is there a cure or is my game forever infected?

Untick "Enable GraphicsMod"
Done.
It is a toggle, it doesnt replace the shaders the game come with ... you simply turn then on or off., hell you can run DHH instead if you prefer and come back to NexGen shaders if you want to.
