I am very confuse right now. I just to install the mod version that contain ONLY the MOD FEATURES like pregnant, body parts edit, etc... I don't need to install sideloader like clothes, hairstyles, skin color, maps, etc. because those thing consume so much gb so how can I install the MOD FEATURES like I describe above?

Hello, I'm not sure if this is the right place to post, but I'm not sure where else to ask. Sorry if it's not.

is there any way to make the girl bulge during sex? I've tried the mod which comes with the HS_BetterPenetration plugin but the effect is very shallow, I can only appreciate it with dildos and tentacles, but with the MC dick it is very shallow and only appears to work in some positions.
I've had this game for a few years and I haven't updated it, is this maybe fixed in an updated version?
