A plugin which achieves this has recently been shared on the Illusion Soft discord hs2-mod-sharing thread. It doesn't translate every sound, but it's as close as you're going to get. It's downloadable here:

Wideslider simply won't let me do her exact type of jawline and chin without smashing into the lips and the chin turning into a massive triangle. Completely ragequit my first attempt and started over lol
Lots to fiddle with still, but the engine and wideslider have definitely defeated me for the time being. Bastard things have basically fought me every step of the way with this face. I'm knackered lol

Basicaly, yes. But depending on a girl's personality you might have some positions unlocked from the get go with her, and her reaction on having sex with your character might change....For example a girl that likes the character will be happy and another who hates him will have tears on her face, etc...
Sounds great. Ill have to give it a download then. How user friendly is it? Koikatsu at times could get fairly complicated when it came to the mod side of it all, so im hoping its pretty straight forward. Is this an actual game with a story mode? Because if so, then I think the sideloader mod pack will include things in the free h mode to make it better, which is what i am trying to figure out if i need to download it or not. I am not trying to make my own new animations, so if thats what the sideloader is for then I dont need it. if it just is for adding quality of life things, and more animations, then I would like it
I might be wrong, soo i hope someone corrects me if i am...But i think that mod mostly adds stuff to the studio(where you make custom animations or pictures, i have no idea how to use it lmao).
It looks like a ram problem, or a mapping one, have you tried lowering the resolution?Tried lowest settings, no change.

what does the console say? if there are errors they should be marked red in the console when loading.
That's very wired... I have at least 3 errors myself with the game workin' fine due to missing mods (not compatible yet)...
Disable "HD Body Skins" and "Nyaacho body normal" in KKManager. Re-apply the skin on your card in creator and save.
If you prefer to play it in Japanese you can select the language in InitSetting.
