Ok so I'm feeling kinda dumb here, I usually have trouble like this when dealing with illusion games. So I downloaded the latest full package for the game, that comes with all the mods. My issue is that none of the mod stuff seems to be loading when I play the game, I only see vanilla stuff in the character creator and the translation is not loading at all. I saw that you need internet and to allow the game through your firewall for the translation, checked both and both should be good. Is there something I am missing to get the mods to load?
I downloaded the three part steam version, but there doesn't seem to be pussy textures available and the creator seems extremely limited, is there something im missing ?

How do you insert custom Studio backgrounds?
I've pasted the images I want into the UserData\bg folder, but it seems you need to edit something that lists them.
Otherwise my only option is to name them the same as the defaults and overwrite the defaults.

That´s why I´m prefering GraphicsMode, most newer cards need SSS

I am assuming there is no traps/tgirls/femboys in this game out of the box yeah? Does anyone know if the first game had modding support or if its even possible? I'm new to this franchise, seems promising, need my dicks tho. Appreciate it.
Nope, the only male is you even if you were to slap a dick on an NPC, the first game had and still has a large amount of modding going on, but not sure about this kind of content, probably not.

Honestly super surprising if true. I know Artificial Academy and Koikatsu Party both have male on male mods. Would assume its the same case for other games. It is what it is though, I'll probably still try it out.
if I wanted to get started on HS is this version better than the steam 2 dx one that just came out? plan to mod both of course.

The Steam version is a "huge Backstep" (Sykosis said) in comparison to BetterRepack from ScrewThisNoise.
Current version of BetterRepack is R8.1
You must be registered to see the links
with a bunch of improvements upon R7.Better to start with a full new download R8.1 than R7 and thereafter installing updates.

yeah I think studio neo is what I used a few years back I remember some all Asian sites that had thousands of scenes to download but I forget the name its on a dead hdd, pretty sure it was chinese
are the optional studio mods worth getting's? I cant seem to see all the mods included
I've actually no clue what character cards are. I'm currently downloading but it was my impression people make characters and have them do stuff. Like if I wanted to download a Hatsune miku someone has made for example can I do that?

The Studio mods are not included in the BetterRepack, you have also to download the "Sideloader Modpack Studio" (81.2 GB).
I´m not working with Studio so as I sayed ask in Studio scene sharing thread.
is the sideloader pack just like every mod and all in one from the community or something?

As the name says it is a bunch of community mods.
There are 2 different Modpacks: one for the game is included in BetterRepack, the other is only for StudioNEO.
This is not correct, only SOME studio mods are not included, not all studio mods were removed to save space (that's why the Sideloader Modpack was made, to save space because the game is like 3x bigger with it, but the mods are useful in the studio. Some studio mods do come installed already, but mostly less useful ones). However, I would definitely recommend the Sideloader Modpack for anyone who is intending to use the studio and I also recommend waiting until a later version of Better Repack that will include the translations from the Steam version without needing to do any extra work to get the Steam version to the same level of modding.

Is the steam version as updated as R81? should I get the R81 or wait for steam to be updated? I don't mind waiting I just want to start on the best possible version at the time from the start and just noticed the English steam one just came out
Yes, it is bigger than that with the Sideloader Modpack. My latest copy is 83GB with the Sideloader Modpack and that copy is on R4.1, much older than R8.1. I still haven't updated to a newer version than that because I have been waiting for a big thing to catch my interest, like this Steam version. Also, you can pull up the search bar in the studio and find mod items, you would not find mod items if none were included already installed. The Sideloader Modpack was just some mods removed to save some space for people who don't use the studio, they were installed before the Sideloader Modpack existed, making the size of the actual game similar to what it would be if someone were to install the Sideloader Modpack if it had existed at the time."only SOME studio mods are not included"? = 81,2 GB?
No, it is a major step backwards. I suggest waiting until the main Better Repack is updated with a translation rip. It will still run the Japanese version of the game, which has the most modding, but it will use the same translation as the Steam version, which is literally the only benefit the Steam version has.
