You are running DHH?
If so change the skin shader in the Material Editor.
That card is using Hanmen's Next Gen Skin Shader and it only works in GraphicMod.

Did you try unchecking skin/eye overlays before you load her card? If it loads after that then it looks like the card may use an overlay you don't have.

I was able to fix just the body skin but not the face for some reason. I switched to GraphicMod option btw

Have you checked the shader in the Material Editor?
Go to Body tab, Overall, Material Editor (Head)
Check the shader used.
It should be Hanmen's Next Gen Head or something.
Or maybe, check the skin type for the head.
It has to be Next Gen one.

By the way, I wont recommend using Next Gen Shader or GraphicMod if you are GPU bound.

The the last possibility is the head's skin type.
Should be at Head tab, the menu where you select the head type, skin type, wrinkles.

Yeah it's the skin type. why isn't the Hanmen's face skin type working? I don't have anything missing...
I didnt download the repack or anything, just the base 3 part download. Is there a way to set this to english or translate it somehow?

If you ever plan on using mods in the future you are better off getting the all-in-one version available here. It's bigger but it will make your life a lot easier in the long run. The one you downloaded is the barebones steam version and it's not great.

Adding to this, the Sideloader Modpack is not necessary for gameplay. The items in the optional sideloader pack are for use in creation with Studio ONLY. There will be no extra items in the actual game... so that saves a good 100GB.

Actually head skin type doesnt really matter as long as you have the shader.
Maybe its using Shader v2.0?

True. That's why I made no mention of the sideloaders, just the all-in-one. I assumed that since they only downloaded the base game that they don't really care about StudioNeo.

To be more precise: the "[OPTIONAL] Sideloader Modpack Studio" is that you mean and only usable in StudioNEO.
The BetterRepack is the game itself and a base version of StudioNEO, together with a lot of mods summarized in "Sideloder Modpack" folders for the game.

The BetterRepack is in english by default, also the Steam version.

That's odd. The first one I downloaded before switching to the repack was the steam version posted here. It was all Japanese, not English by default.
