I ain't sure if this is the method, but make sure her mood is positive beforehand, and then when you do it with her, you try to use the carress options more, speaking in terms of their other games. Make sure she orgasms herself at the same time as well if possible maybe. Idk tho there is little to no information on this game but I have 2 obssessed in my own saves
Extracts the characards from the scene files so that you can load the characters and fuck 'em in the normal game mode too.
In the folder where you've installed the game, there should be a "UserData\scene" folder with the scene files. The downloaded scene png files should be simply copied there.
You'll need a hexeditor for that. Open the characard png file, search for "【SVChara】" and replace it with "【HCChara】". Be careful not remove or insert extra bytes so not to change file offsets or any other bytes. You really must just replace the two characters in the identification string and nothing else (that's why I advise a hexeditor for this). Worked for all the cards I've tested with, but I can't guarantee that this will work will all cards (especially if they use lots of SV mods, this method will probably fail).
BetterRepack already has the "Free Sex" main menu option. If you copy the saved game included in the BetterRepack, you'll get threesome pose and all positions / places too.
The BetterRepack already has the full save in the "Extras" directory. Just overwrite your save files with those and you're good to go.

As you seem to be answering everything, how do I transfer my actual game data, like the status of the characters and whatnot, not the actual characters as that one is kinda obvious

The savegame and status of characters are different things, the latter is saved into the characard itself, so by copying your cards you'll also copy the character's status. (If memory serves, that's how it was in all ILL games, I've already deleted HC so I cannot check. To be sure, make a copy of a card, fuck her, then compare the card with the saved one. If there's a difference, then character status is saved in the card like in other ILL games.)
Deliberately doesn't work. In BetterRepack telemetry is disabled, which also disables in-game downloads.
you can download kk manager for kk and kks and there are also some mod checker for hs2 you can look it in github just search kk manager in goggle and first will be GitHub there you can download it and then manually select the kk/kks folder
I believe nobody knows because everybody is using BetterRepack (which has this pre-installed). Maybe try to PM screwthisnoise, he's the one behind the brilliant BetterRepacks and he is also a member on this forum.
