From the stuff shared on K, he talks about more WIPs coming in June, so you can be sure any possible release is gonna be after that or even later.
IMO expecting anything before late August/early September is setting yourself up for disappointment, hope i'm wrong tho...

Alternate Gallery and Walkthrough mods updated for game version 0.4.5.
For some reason I missed the 0.4.5.
There are no new scenes for the gallery. Update is mostly for compatibility with the changes to the main menu.
The biggest change for the walkthrough is aligning the fishing game cheats with the updated score thresholds.

MIST maybe, but it's quite bad in comparison.
Love or Lust has simmilarish character design, it it's got even less content
