I guess the player charact is by design autistic in some degree. And that is pretty funny.
It had high ratings even before we got to the juicy stuff. That alone was from the general quality and attention to detail thats been put into it. Not a single update has been an L either, its been a nonstop incline of nothing but positives.
And while it doesnt exactly effect the user rating (imo), BK is stupidly transparent and open with every last detail going into every update. The second one is released, hints and bits of the next are already slipped out, while they're being worked on.
So here we have a good game, good characters, good writing, better animations every update, plenty of information regarding progress, and a creator who actually cares about what they're giving their audience? That by itself is worthy of a 5 imo but I understand it not being so since its not completed yet, which is I wont disagree with.

This would be a valid complain if Hooked was very long, possibly grindy game which basically wastes players time for no good reason. But it's a very short VN at this moment. Nothing wrong with that, it's in development as it goes with most adult games (unless it's abandoned but this one isn't). Besides, quality>quantity as been rightfully noted above. There's enough of adult slop out there with as much quantity as you want.
Latest update made me finally lock in and support on patreon, this game's so good it needs to get to the end imo

Refreshing artstyle like a blend of 3D and 2D, pun intended. And you know a game is good when it has a high rating despite a small number of sex scenes.

please don't abandon this it's one of the most interesting titles I have come across yet at first I didn't this I would enjoy the art style but this has quickly shot up my list I do wish there were a few more sfx in the scenes nothing crazy because this is so good in its current iteration feels allot more like actual characters and that this could happen then some titles where the interactions and characters are very plastic like very cookie cutter trying to hard to get from nsfw scene to nsfw scene where I might just start skipping theres only a handful I have played that hit that spot that I sit and play through and I think theres good potential here its currently sitting in my a++ folder for animated content.
First time commenting here, I laughed so hard when I saw this picture of Guts. Kudo to the dev, defo buy this game when it's released on steam.
