you could just give the option to the player through the mc if he allows girl on girl or not, and if player choses NO, then the lesbian scenes and dialogues could not appear at all. yes it would be less renders for those who dont like lesbians but we would be cool with that.
A good example on how to treat lesbian content is a game "Grandma's House", where per players choise, if they dont want lesbian, all lesbian scenes and dialogues are just disabled.

Generally harem games do not have a male character other than the MC, and those having the male friend are just wastes of dialog and renders. To add a male "transitioning" character is a major cock blocker. I'll pass.

I had the same thought. Instead of, as always, we start with younger sister, then the mother, here, that work is done and it's time for the Aunt and Cousins. I hope that the author fixes the translations, seeing the cousins being called sisters is quite confusing. As always, the pronouns are wonky as fuck, even in the same sentence, causing major interpretation confusion. Sometimes you don't really understand of whom they are talking about.
The Sissification of the brother is a bit too brutal for my tastes, but, so far hasn't crossed lines that I feel the need to pull out (no pun intended).
Other than that, I do find the younger sister annoying as fuck and not even a bit interesting, the mother and the aunt however... more than compensate.
If you'd ask me if I liked it, I'd say Yes, BUT... it needs some improvement. The youngest cousin, the small one, it looks adorable, but, it is insufferable. The middle cousin seems the best of the bunch. And the oldest one, looks amazing, but as some problem.

The Uncle and the brother, couldn't really care much about them.
