the communication and actions of the characters in this game are really awkward and the language used is just not how english speaking people would talk. you can understand the dialogue just fine, but the idioms and phrasal verbs and such are really odd, for example.
it feels like the dialogue is a direct translation from russian.
the characters come off as robotic because of this. nothing has weight or relatability.
