You can make a shortcut or bat file with the command line parameters

-screen-fullscreen 0 -screen-height 1080 -screen-width 1920

or whatever resolution you want. As for the sound, I just muted it in the Windows volume settings

Unity is good for a lot of things, a VN is not one of those things. Amazes me people still use it for these type games.

Unity sucks, technically and, more so, due to their policies. Don't use it if you want to be a serious dev. The pictures look nice, so are there any plans to migrate to another engine?
