I don't see no Gnome or Dwarf chars in the screen shots...how outrageous!!! 
yo my friend we need a menu to change res of the window and to dumb down grafic setting's. also need to be able to set ui size, i cant see the lower half of option menu's to close them for the ones that dont back out automaticly. i like the models tho they look good. cant comment on animation yet tho till i can change settings because its mad lagging for me. seems to be overloading frames do to it wanting to re-render objects as if there brand new load in every frame. dont know if thats do to my computer or not to be honest though. I honestly taught that my pc is bad and it ren everything almost fine, I never considered adding resolution config and graphic quality setting. Also thanks for reminding me that I need to make UI responsive to window size. Im putting this on my to do list because these features do make sense.

That's a thing that will be included in next update as well, I already planed to create rotation and position of character in a way so that arrows appear around selected character and you just click and drag character in direction you want. Also I forgot about remove NPC button, I should add that as well.
not a problem, i have some programming and animation experience i don't program anymore but i remember wall's id run into. but ya we all have different screen's and sometime's it had an auto feature we can't fix and it cause's some game's ui's to not stretch correctly, i have had some renpy games cuse odd image slice's and UE have it un playable do to lighting issue's either crashing from overloading or missing graffic's, but glad i could be of help, good luck with your work.

I do know how to use Blender but I suck at making animations, That would be of most use, with coding I can't say things are perfect because I started learning about 3D graphics and three.js less than a year ago, and ofc there sure are many things that could be implemented in a better way. Here with JS i use HTML and CSS for UI's so its very simple to make them responsive, it's very little work I just never considered before to make it adapt to screen size

please move the close button to the top of the menus instead of the bottom. I thought this was a solved problem in the modern programing age. the game would have been at least play about for us unfortunate people if we could close the menus

Yeah this is a serious problem, I will make UI responsive to users screen size in next update.

Click character you want to switch, you will see selected character for switching in UI when you opened it, click icon for new model you want to replace the old one with.
