Except that's not relevant here. I simply stated a fact. If I assume your mentioning possible tendencies in behaviours of people to be correct, it still doesn't address any of my points and is at best a non-sequitur, since the behaviour you outline hasn't been demonstrated to be the case here.

Thats fair, but I would say the same as others have; alex and mc aren't star-crossed lovers. They're minecraft characters, and steve is a lazy horny guy who wants to get his fuk on. The reason I keep bring up the other crowd is because it's extremely relevant to how the definition is perceived. In many of their eyes objective standards don't matter, all that matters is if their ego feels ever so slightly challenged.

It's complicated. I think the closest thing to cuckold is netorase (NTRS). In netorare the main character is usually against the soulmate having sex with someone else, but in netorase the main character himself pushes the soulmate to have sex with others.
