Then maybe he should concantrate more on open world and sanboxie features, instead of visual noveling and sick fetishes. After BtD something gone wrong way. I mean universe with aliens was cool, but short and this gameplay was waste of assets. And now he does novel about boring reality? And slow then ever development. Must be his motivation was killed after his patreon was nuked for lo*con. I swear I saw some creators STILL untouched on patreon for short girls, but David was not spared.

I don't even think the creator knows the answer to that question. His previous work Dune, took a fair bit to finish, and even then you could argue that it was "unfinished" based on how sparse it is on some levels.
