If it is still going to happen you just dont see it.... Its not avoidable. Turning it off mean it does not happen at all. No other dick gets wet except the mc of the game. That is avoidable, by your definition its only skippable cause you dont see it yet it still happens.

Turning off NTR will adjust the story so that it plays out in a different way. I've likely done a poor job at explaining exactly how this happens, but as I've mentioned, NTR is a broad subject.
For example, if you're involved with a girl who is otherwise single, and you have NTR off, there is no chance of her being involved with anyone else.
However, if you involve yourself with Christine, as an example, who already has a boyfriend, it's unrealistic to assume that you are the one being cucked. But . . . should her boyfriend no longer be in the picture and you are suddenly the only man in her life, you will not see her with anyone else.

I'll look into why this is happening. For now, try enabling cheat mode on the phone under settings, the toggle freeroam mode to ON. Hopefully this will solve the issue for you until I sort out a hotfix!
At this point in your quest, you should should speak to all three girls, Gemma being the last (go back to her if already spoken to) to advance the story.

Edit: You should speak to the girls at 08:00am. (The game shouldn't have let you advance past that time during that quest, unless you already had freeroam mode turned on in the cheat menu)

Edit2: I'm not seeing an issue with the code. Can I assume that you had cheat mode enabled when the problem occured? If not I'll have to look deeper.
