To get a relationship with Adel you need to increase her affection to 9, 14 and 20 and do the events, the bank I think is necessary and to avoid the NTR scene she must have zero corruption, I think that's the way, oh also you need to save her from Lucas on the Christine event

The only thing I can think of is talking with Lillie to get rid of Thomas, but that's on the NTR Path, so I'm not sure that can work

Yeah I think even if you can fuck her and all, you are never noted as a partner, same for the other girls in the house with you. You are not officially dating I guess, even if they are pregnant by you.

Added: Find Marcy at the homeless camp and help her out.
