This is likely a set of conditions based on Adele's corruption level and how often you've been dissatisfied with it. For example, Lucas's revenge scene (on the alpha path), Adele and Thomas on your bed. Frequently seen sex scenes between Adele and Thomas in the Bank, the hot tub, and Adele's room.
Scenes with Nigel may also be included in the conditions.

I just checked. For the option to send Adele off, one of three conditions must be met. 1. Relationship stage with Adele is 3 or lower. 2. Relationship stage with Lily is 3 or higher. 3. Dissatisfaction level with Adele's behavior is 5 or higher. Any of these conditions will allow Adele to be sent away, but perhaps only the degree of dissatisfaction with Adele's behavior influences her dark path. And the level of dissatisfaction with her behavior seems to be affected only by the scene with Adel and Thomas at 23:00 in your room. This increases the counter by 1.
UPD 2.
In summary, the "dark path" trigger is activated after Adele is sent away. Accordingly, any of the above conditions allows the "dark path" to be activated.

Honestly, I don't understand the point of this dissatisfaction meter for her behavior anymore, when you could simply get a little closer to Lilly (have sex with her in Joy's room), and that would also push Adele down a dark path. But that's the developer's opinion.

There is no new "interesting" content at the party yet.
Just a couple of ntr scenes after football and "interesting" content with Bethany and w Gemma.

It's supposed to become visible eventually, but how long in terms of development time I don't know.

If you ignore how many actual days we might have played given the slow progress of the game, and think how quickly you could get through content if you start a new game right now with 6.0, probably no more than three months could have gone past since you moved to Horton Bay, so on that score it still makes sense that nobody is visibly pregnant. It's annoying when you have played 150 more days since someone conceieved and it still dones't show, though.

been a bit since i played this since i wanted to wait a few updates for more new content. so..last time i played, John Abrams was in the mc's house planning to bang all the girls there. now the new content has mc doing work for Deans Cinemas and Bear. there is a new guy there, Mr. Dean, who seems like a total fuckhead and the mc goes back to being a pussy. think i am done with this game. the story is just too all over the place and like a few others here, i hate the sandbox feature almost as much as i despise Herr Donica Blewinsky..
