Which currently has more content high or low morals? And if I'm right doesn't low morality content lead to ntr? I’m cool with all that in games but it’s nice to know ahead of time. Kinda impressive how the dev manages to tackle all that complexity while keeping the content flowing.
It's easier to arrange the NTR if oyu have low morals and corrupt the girls, I think ... but you can have low morals and not necessarily be forced into an NTR route.

I really haven't explored all of the possibilities in game yet. My question is can we turn lucas into a cuck or is he explicitly the alpha character if you keep him around? Can't stand his character lol. I play with ntr on and pretty much aloow everything to happen. Would be great to put him in his place if possible

if you get him kicked out of the house you can then start making moves on his sister at the gym yoga class until you hit a point he walks in on you banging his sister in the tub

How do you start reah's quest. The current objective says study with her in the library but I've studied with with her severa times. 5 straight days with her and then skipped classes for 5 straight days and studied with her every one of them and nothing changes.

Apart from the one scene mentioned where you can brag about fucking his sister in front of him, no ... Lucas is either the alpha or he's gone. There is no option to have him reduced to cuck mode while you get to fuck the others against his will.
