It's the IP of the host, they've been report at one time or another for spreading malware. All the download hosts use many IP's.

As mentioned above it was most likely because of the IP. Just wanted to give people a heads up just to be sure. Sometimes shit happens but this was a false by Nord VPN as it seems.
