Not sure what you mean, but for now it just says in their stats screen if they are pregnant or not. At this point, we don't even know if the women know if they're pregnant, but I doubt they do.
If you creampie a pregnant Adel in the shower MC apologizes for it and Adel says something about how it doesn't really matter anymore, which she doesn't say if she's not pregnant. So she knows or highly suspects it at least.

True, but I think that's more for the player than the characters in-game. Understanding there will be some porn-logic, a woman typically wouldn't know she's pregnant for roughly 1-2 weeks and despite us playing for many many in-game weeks, I have a feeling not many days have actually passed for the characters.
Regardless, there's still not much progression with pregnancy yet.

I do know there are more plans for pregnancy, but none of that is currently implemented yet.
I wondered why I skipped this game until the most recent update, and then i remembered as soon as I started, the the 3 main girls models are busted. Gemma, but especially Christine needs to get themselves checked out because there's no way they eat that many carbs every night and be that skinny. Adel has premature old lady face. But like okay, i get past that and find a game pretty close to what I'm looking for. A game with a sandbox that i can choose which girls i'm going to work on, lots of different body types, and some work needed to get to boobs and beyond.
But, i had no idea that doing the story means the game ends. After i hit the new family coming to town, the game ends and tells me i shouldn't keep playing or when the next update drops it will be messed up. I wish i had known that, i thought you needed to progress to story in order to go further with some of the girls. Extracting the images, there is a huge amount of content I missed. I only got as far as Gemma letting me grab her tits in the morning and getting a bj from Adel at night, but there's full of sex that I didn't get it.
I think just having an option to progress the story when its just "go to your room" would be helpful. But all this really means I will just replay it again from the start knowing there is a semi-hard end of the game currently.
Also, bj is as far as you can go with the teens right? I was kinda hoping once i got their corruption or whatever its called in the game the beach stuff would be more interesting.

Don't worry about that warning. Unless something's changed in the past few updates it's just there because there might potentially be some mild continuity issues if you keep playing.
Like for example the next main story event might canonically happen the same day as the previous one, even though in the sandbox weeks could have passed. It really isn't a big deal, feel free to keep playing through the sandbox and hunt down as much content as you want.
Ah that's good news. I've played way to many of these games that an update forces me to replay the entire game because saves are incompatible.
So, my Guitar skill is at 9, and it says I need to take a test to get any higher. How? There's nothing selectable from the music teacher. Is this another item 'still in development'?
You don't really, you just take advantage of her so she'll go get other guys to for you. Get her corruption up to 5 by fucking her at the party early game and her coworker will take it from there. Alternatively, if you're past that you can stop paying your rent for I think it's 3 weeks and then you can whore her out to the landlord to get her corruption points up.
I kinda want to restart and do that. But I feel like the Party is set up to have a lot of different options that will determine how you'll interact with the girls. I just had sex with the skater girl at the party and got a blowie from the ginger twins.
I do wish more games had parties where people get horny and bare with each other. Nothing pisses me off more than a game with a party that goes nowhere. if you put the MC and a bunch of sexy ladies in a location and i'm not having sex wtih one of them by the end of the scene, what was the point?

i came because of the NTR tag. how many are there? lets say there's 50 overall scenes for both ntr and romance or whatnot. is there many? like percentage for rough estimate. are they good?
they good but not many if my count is right they are roughly 8-15 scenes

Wasn't there a complete list of all the camera locations? (I can't seem to find it), this question has been asked sooooooooo many times I feel there should be if there isn't
