I asked this months ago and I still don’t know why but I do think it’s possible considering how many characters there are in this game. Also it takes a long time to try and get all of the scenes NTR scenes and all MC scenes with all the girls.

I have played a few sandbox which also doesn't have a scene gallery that works like normal vn. Midnight paradise, confined with goddess and such. They have a scene gallery but it's for replaying scenes that aren't sandbox events.
This game have dreams which replay only ntr events so far and I think that's because they don't stay in game? For example Lucas sandbox event isn't gonna stay in the house forever since he is either kicked out by MC or Bear at some point of story. As for MC scenes it's all sandbox events and recurrence, you just show up and interact with the girls at their fixed timing.
Just like when I played midnight paradise and when I finally maxed out the sandbox events, there are way more sex scenes in sandbox than in story/quest which gallery did not cover

Can't say what is on the devs minds, but I can easily think of several very valid potential reasons:
1. Most scenes are repeatable anyway and simply require going to the place at the right time. This makes developing a gallery mod of much less value for players, and thus for devs to waste time on compared to the value of spending the same time on new scenes and content.
2. There is already the dream mechanic and system that fulfils the basic function mod, and seems (to me) to focus on the non-repeatable scenes. See point 1.
3. Given the repeatable scenes and dream system, what little use or value there is for a gallery mod is mainly for people to be able to see all the scenes without playing the game. The devs want people to play the game, obviously, or they'd just make a CG set.
4. There may be plans to create further scene gallery systems before the game is complete, but due to the limited value right now, and the much higher value of progressing the project as a whole (new scenes and content) it is a low value item on the 'To do' list, and likely to be in the 'polishing' phase after the game is basically complete.

All you need to do is turn the cheats on and then go to sleep and dream. You can unlock all scenes in the game if you want to from there.

3 updates and the major of that its NTR :c sad momentum, i love the game btw, this is just me /quejandome/ idk how to say that in inglish xd
Check the quest icon there should have it for Amber's phase. If i remember correctly it should be shower with Amber at 1700 for first quest, next quest will be back to your room in the evening and you should receive messages of her asking for help.

I like how the game has hints, but I like the NTR route and it doesn't really have hints for the route, I go looking in the changelog for anything NTR and in comments on the thread to make sure I get the right route
