Is there a way to know which stuff are kept behind the ntr filter? Because I turned it off and almost missed that bathroom sex scene with gemma's (red head) girl's mom. I don't think ntr'ing other characters should count. Also is there any incest? as in any sex scenes with the MC's mom?

At this point, the game tracks whether a character is pregnant or not (this is only for certain characters, think there are a total of 5 so far). You can use contraceptives to prevent pregnancy.
The characters are aware when they have become pregnant, and this will usually be reflected in the dialogs, as they will say things like not needing to worry about contraceptives and such.
There is no actual visual change as of yet.

For morning after pills you go to Health Clinic then Pharmacy , message techniques go to book store talk to Justin then pick buy books see images

As answered by previous posts, for number 1, you go to the Clinic and speak to Marion (The nurse)
for your problem with number 2, If you go to the bookstore just before closing hours, or over the weekend, then you cant interact with Justin. Wait for the weekdays, during work hours, then you will be able to speak with him and buy the book.
I think there's a trivial bug in there somewhere; sometimes on a Saturday I can't get in the store at all, it boots me out and say "cllosed!" but other times I can go in, but can't do anything.
Trivial, as I say. but the developer might want to take a look at it. Depends how much of a perfectionist and how many more serious problems there are to fix.
got weird question, is it just me or the girls in the game look really old when scene playing? got wrinkle all over the face
