I know you made this comment a few weeks ago but I was reading all through this thread when I saw this game and it's been said by you and others that the MC isn't actually dating any of the women.
If so is it really NTR? I'm somebody who doesn't care for it but to me that just sounds like a player going around fucking sluts.
Especially if some of the other girls are in relationships then it's the other guy getting "NTRed".
Correct me if I'm wrong and the game is actually hard NTR. You'd be doing me a solid.

No the mc is not dating any of them this game also have an ntr off toggle i play it like that allthough i usually checkout ntr scenes. The ntr toggle in this one is actually really well thought out, the entire game changes, some ntr like scenes are changed some are removed or alternative scenes involving the mc. Its probadly the best implementation i have ever tried.

I never continue the main story after the prologue but can be a dick head and fuck almost all the girl. The game have good script here and there that arouse my brain to make my dick hard.

Looks like you got your answers a few times, but I'll add a little more to it. Yeah, it's a college game, so you are going around banging everyone. However, some of the main girls can start to catch the feels for you, you're just not officially in a relationship yet. It's not as obvious as a game focused solely on romance, but it is there.
Look at it this way... the MC gets out of a relationship at the beginning and, despite this game being out for a while, not much in-game story time has passed. He's in no rush to be in a relationship just yet.
Dialogue with Stacey at the beach - with NTR disabled, she no longer mentions that she heard about your girlfriend cheating on you

The game starts with your girlfriend cheating on you with your teacher. So there's no getting away from that, it's the basis of the main plot and you can't avoid it.

He last updated December 26. He supports a lot of projects with his unofficial ports, so might take time. Also, this game is massive. Not sure how much that affects how quickly he can update.
The game starts with your girlfriend cheating on you with your best friend.
The sex scene with the teacher appears at the end of the 2nd episode, and by that time she is already your ex and technically she isn't cheating on you with him. =)
