No, his twitter and cien page is still around but he hasn't posted anything for a while now. The last thing on his twitter was a repost of Redspike's game Nakara about a year ago.

Also the art style isn't just similar, but at least for the female characters is pretty much identical. It's to the point where I don't know if tsurisu just copied Dotturo's style, or if Dotturo has just abandoned his account and joined this group. Since in the game credits and the start up splash screens they also refer to themselves as "muramura tech".

It seems that the developer, for some arcane reason, included both a save file and a bunch of settings in the registry to control the game. The H-Scene gallery appears fully controlled by registry settings so below a set of instructions to unlock the gallery:

0. Close the game in case it's currently running.
1. Open a text editor and paste the below content in the text editor. (Use Notepad, and not some rich editor such as Wordpad or Microsoft Word).

Content to Paste:
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Muramura\Hospital Seduction]
"CurrentLanguage"=hex:45,4e,00

3. Save the file with the name "Hospital Seduction.reg". Make sure the extension is ".Reg" and not ".Reg.Txt"!
4. Open the file just saved. Windows will ask if you wish to add the content of the file to the registry. Confirm you wish to do so.
5. Start the game.

The gallery can now be found under "Extra" -> "H-Scene Gallery" with what appears to be all content unlocked. Note that aside from the unlocks, i also included the registry key to set the game language to English. I presume most people will prefer that over Japanese or English. If need be the language can be changed under "Settings" (Third option in the main menu).

Oh don't give us that classic meme! In this case, I'd say it's more than justified.
In addition to the game being nigh impossible, there's no instructions for each monster, no clear objective you're just thrown into chaos with little hiding places to work with. The game crashes for little reason during crucial junctures & it offers you fake-outs at every each corner.
They offer you a smoker;
The Ring;
A Silhouette;
A hunk of plastic;
A footjob;
And actual incest.
Oh and a rim-job! Of all things...
Most of these are turnoffs for some & ripoffs for most.

Out of 13 scenes, I could only partially enjoy 5.

Say what you will, man, this was nothing like the brochure.

I tried several saves but none of them work. They all revert back to my old save what am I doing wrong? I am copying and pasting into the right Muramura folder.
