Which items specifically?
The pills should work directly on consumption same as vending machine items.
Only item that can't be used whenever are the cables since you got to be under a hallway light that is currently off and have them selected.
I suggest this comment and some of the subsequent ones.

Gang, I bugged the game that the nights go by instantly, used that clock item and I think it just went on for the next nights.

as shit as it sounds, go along the hall way into the laundry room and hide in the laundry basket, jump out when the flasher girl in the trenchcoat come in, she wont harm you if you dont hide in her spot. and most of the time, as long as you jump in when someone enters, youll be fine. sometimes out of bad luck the cat will come or the nurses AND the flasher will be there at the same time. hope that helps i guess aha

it's in the regedit files, the savegame i posted just makes a folder in it with a full save, so just run the .reg file and it will create one or replace any save you already have for the game.

Sex scenes wise, really good.
But holy shit this game is just absurdly difficult for no reason. You are barely told anything about the enemies and you add three a night or some shit? And they can just dog pile onto you. Luck is strictly relied on here, and nothing else really. If you aren't getting the health pills consistently then you're just getting fucked literally every time. I really don't see how anyone is supposed to do this skillfully.

Thank god there was a save here, I have no idea why devs think it's fun or balanced for games like this to have 5 enemy types rush you at once without any mechanic to defend yourself. Awful experience, saved only by the animations.

It's pretty hard, but like...if you've played afterschool tag, it's kinda the same difficulty level. I mean all you have to do is live and learn the mechanics of the people. The girl with the jacket also tells you how to avoid dying to them too...

Honestly didn't feel that difficult, I got to night 3 without much issue. Just wandered around looking for items and avoiding ladies when I saw them.
