Adding to this, if you decide to hide while tasked to find the dildo, she will point your hiding spot to anyone checking the room you're in. So unless your strategy doesn't involve hiding at all, I'd suggest checking the map whenever she follows you.

Ohh okki, i was just curious about the part where she flashes you if you stand still in one place for 5 sec when she tasked u to go search for her vibrator, cus nothing happens when she does it.

The cultists are the nurses im sure 99% of it, at least the blonde and the one i mentionedI thought she was among those cultists at the end of the game.

Gamer girl is the flasher. Almost every girl has a night time counterpart that is not the cultists. You can generally identify them by their hair color.

I still thing the first nurse that we see is part of the cultists at the end.
We really need someone to compare names so we can finally clear this up.
As for the curtain girl, we do have a closed curtain bed in the day time segments, maybe it's them?
