None of the other tiers received it including mine. I haven't seen any confirmation or discussion about it by Point Guard tier supporters in their discord either.

I see the artist all the time on Discord and other platforms, I guess rendering as a full time Dev is a different monster compared to doing this as a hobby.

Hmm, to bad. This one had amazing renders but only 2 releases. It's why I put it on my watch list. Guess I won't be playing this now (I always wait until a game has a few releases).
I am thinking of getting into creating renders myself, can you DM me any helpful tips on how you make them look so good? Do you do stuff in photoshop (or a similar program) too in order to make them look even better? I take it you use Blender?
