Dunno why, but I read the title as Hot Workplace Taboobs and now I'm disappointed it's not the case :cry:

I guess, I got it, but I spend also a lot of time on it (and wouldn't have tried/found it without your tip).

You have to read the book as follows: "blue -> grey" = push blue cable to move grey cable up/down in the heap.
Any cable has two endings. One for up, one for down. And you just have to push any cable down enough that it is under the white one. The triangles in the right upper corner just show you, which cable you move and in which direction.
The wiring of the cables has no meaning. It is seemingly only important, that you push any cable down enough.

That brought me to the finish.

the theme of this game caught my interest but damn the art sucks. also the puzzles are terrible too

I'm stuck on finding items 1 and 3

in my inventory I have paperclips, scissors and sleeping pills that I haven't figured out how to use any of yet

Thank you, Padre for posting my game. It's my first game. Graphics and coding are all mine. I've made my own framework for items, dialogues, and saves. I know some of the puzzles and mini-games tend to be annoying, but hopefully as the game progress I will try to make it more playable. I'm also planning to make some sort of hint-box in the future to help solving puzzles more easily. Also there is browser version for ones that don't want to download the game.
