It's finished now. There won't be anymore. The only thing this update added was an extra scene that could take place in multiple rooms apparently, but I suppose dialogue changes. Haven't tried it yet.

Earlier in the year Siren did have plans for a larger epilogue with a lot of other content (https://f95zone.to/threads/house-chores-v1-2-1-sirens-domain.34842/post-17394394) but that's no longer the case as you can see in his discord post copied above (https://f95zone.to/threads/house-chores-v1-2-1-sirens-domain.34842/post-18878352) and other recent posts by him.

All that said, Siren does do voting events for his supporters where they can vote on various characters across all his games (i.e. best milf) and then they might get milf or holiday or other related scenes sometimes, and he's also no stranger to crossover cameos in his games where for example someone from Town of Passion will show up in Zombie's Retreat, that sort of thing. So it's not 100% that you'll never see the cast of House Chores again (I think there's already a cameo with the MC and one of them coming in Zombie's Retreat 2 iirc), but beyond stuff like that, this game is done.
