Now you can see from my previous comments that I'm very critical of the business model that this dev is following but I actually kinda disagree with you on this take.

Yes, there are many more Naruto IP games out there but none of them got me hooked. I don't even like parodies but this one did a number on me. I must admit, I'll give credit where it's due; the guy creates good shots, hot scenarios, good angles and quality art even if they're AI. He is creative, I really don't have a single issue with the content. Maybe just the frequency of updates. It's just that this business model is so horrendous it kinda cancels out everything good about the game.

He really should reconsider this decision. I'm almost sure he'd make a lot more money if he stops thinking so much about piracy and starts trusting his supporters. We were his supporters, not customers. I don't want to buy a WIP product, I just wanted to support an ambitious creator.
My point was that it being based on an anime IP gave it a HUGE boost in appeal. Otherwise it's just like any other basic AVN out there with good art (because of AI) and decent porn plot.

This is my stance as well. I believe his work is nice, and the game is good, and many around here are just sending full hatred due paywalls.

I personally didn't subscribe myself because as I said, I don't like paywall mechanics. I have nothing against the dev, it's his choice, who decides to subscribe it's their decision, I have no right to decide where others should put their money. But I can decide mine.

At the same time, while I don't agree with him, I still understand he wants to protect his property. I would much rather prefer that the time invested in the paywall system was invest more into the game, but who am I to judge.

Personally I just don't agree with it because it affects more the possible consumer than actual pirates. Consumer might not invest due the paywalls, while pirates will simply start throwing mean comments to the dev. Sure I download games here, but I end up buying or supporting the games when I feel the game and or dev deserves to (and if I can support it of course). And I'm sure many others around here have the same criteria.

I have no ill-hatred towars the dev, as some kinds in the comments around here, but as I said, I believe this stance brings more harm than good. Pirates will always be pirates, while possible consumers are more affected by this. It's like Gabe Newell said, piracy isn't a pricing problem, is an access problem. And it's true, when Steam started working on Russia the piracy fell down considerably.

Anyway, hopefully in the future he rethinks it better, because I actually like the game (and most of you do, you just don't want to admit it) and I would like to support the dev more directly. But EA already fucked me once with Sim City and their DRM, so yeah, it's my personal stance.

Finally, I understand you guys are angry due paywalls, but still there are ways to show your feedback. It's not like insulting the dev will make him rethink about it.

I think piracy is only when I was 13 I used play all pirated games like I downloaded assassin'screed bf, witcher 3 skyrim and all through fitgirl but after some yrs I eventually shifted to steam cuz those games were so great that I wanted to buy it to shw support for such a awesome games and if u sure of ur game put it on steam or any noticeable where every one can buy it I can't buy cuz mine currency is different than usd
And I kinda interacted with me (shadow mode)
He is still young need to know about system and respect his players he is gonna enter I think only 2 places where ur game can earn money is itch and steam and epic ofc but others I don't even think most of ppl know these platforms

sooo, cant still find a way to see exclusive subscriber scene? except using universal gallery unlocker
i gave up a few days ago after realizing it required downloading a file after being verified on the DB. For us to see it would require 1 of 2 things.

1. Someone figuring out how to download the import file from the API listed in the subscribers renpy files without a subscribers email

2. A paid subscriber sending us the downloaded import file

saw the new content and all that anti-piracy gig. It was promising that's why it already received 3k+ subscription in such short time. Now, unwatched...
I guess there is a reason why it does not come up to a search result...

seems like Universal Ren'Py Mod no longer works with the game, it will just give you errors when you load your save. it appears he patched things up so players can no longer freely modify the game, just a way to promote the high sub tiers with the cheat benefits

These geniuses don't understand that the more you push people to pay, the less people will pay. It's baffling just how many can't understand this simple lesson
