Couple ways. Either throw a popper at her from a safe distance, or grope Lety's butt.
Or grope Lety, or show dick, or throw popper from 'unsafe' distance.
Note that some of these lead to combat, but just run in that case and it will end eventually.

After you finish that quest you need to wait until Lety and another character get nearby each other. Which will trigger that possibility.

Yes, but it's still in production. Also, there's no "main quest" to this game nor an ending. They do hint at the eventually "end quest" during one quest though.
The whole game is 1 night at a House Party. There's a bunch of major and minor quests (the game calls them "opportunities"), some of which let you hook up with some characters, some which lock you out of some characters, and some of which invite new characters to the party. You can be doing 5, 10, or 15 different quests all at the same time, or just ~1 or ~2.
This is currently the beta for update 14, and each update adds a new major series of quests. So 13 updates worth of older quests too.
There's also 2 "side story" episodes that are short (you break into the house a few days after the party with the porn star, and the one character invites you on a date night). These are both kinda old and not up to snuff with the current content.
They also support modding, and people have posted a bunch of new episodes they've made or extended content for the main game on their forum. (
