Its the flower you find outside in front of the pavillion. Problem: Its red. Get the blue hair dye from the master bathroom (next to the sink) and use it with the flower to get a blue one (fuq logic ^^) and hand it over to Ashley.

All save files from the original story v.0.12.3 are attached. Names and further instructions should be clear ^^
These are original story files from the 0.8.7 release. Something you would use to get game running, if having no internet access. But it only works for 0.8.7 version of the game, so it is useless for most people here. Should be pulled from from OP.

@KomischerKauz You need to get the Foam Finger from behind the left speaker in the chimney room and the whale poster from Ashley's room. When you use both things with the penguin, it will be renamed to "Reborn penguin" and you can take it. Then, place it on the dresser in Madisons room (in front of the TV). Then you can tell Madison that you are ready.

and none of them has a walkthrough unfortunately.
If you want to see others fucking you can use the command console.
For example, if you type in "Amy 0 10050 Rachael intimacy " Amy will take Rachael doggy. You need to remove clothes for both and if you want to experiment, try to figure out how to use the function "mount item" to give Amy a strapon (any share your insights with us ^^). See more examples on the wiki

@Shirafune: Then simply replace "Amy" in the cheat I mentioned by "Derek", "Frank", or "Patrick". Just be creative

@junkmailersss First of all, the sound is pretty quiet, have to accounted for this fact? Otherwise, when you start a new game, click to make the initial message disappear and then press "ESC" to pull up the menue. There are the options for audio.

Most likely it has to do something with your unity player. I found this discussion online
But wasn't able to find the unity player on my PC ('cuz I'm stupid...). You could check this. Or maybe just update your unity player.

@ForestKiller found the problem, apparently a sound program I use is messing up with Unity game.
