Just a note: they usually post the new release about ~2weeks before the release date they have for it.... but it's usually delayed for a few days or another week. I'm guessing new bugs/etc crop up as they're making it.

trying to comb through the posts here. But I am trying to play through the normal game and so many plot holes where you try to progress and it wont do so. Does anyone have a save game file?

You would need dozens of save games for different "endings". Nobody is going to create a collection of saves and upload them for each version.

As others said previously, sharing saves is not viable. Follow the walkthrough and you'll be fine.

i knew 0.13.0 would get pushed back a few days, but i didn't expect it to get pushed back to friday.

Me too, but I ended up becoming a Patron because waiting for a leak here became too frustrating. I swear, the lack of leaks on this site is the biggest inventive for people to buy the game... lol.I joined f95 because of this game, but the leaks have stopped c'mon don't dissapoint me

Sorry, not comfortable doing that. I honestly use this site more as a forum more than to get my games. I also like the idea of trying before I buy, but I generally end up officially supporting anything I’m really interested in. Besides, it would be pretty easy to figure out my Patreon from my name here and I wouldn’t want Eek cutting me off or something. I’m sure somebody will share it soon. They always do eventually.
Can you at least tell what version 0.13.0 is on so we know how far it will be in alpha? Usually the .zip file tells you, for example 0.12.0 alpha had 0.12.0.x64.428 the .428 I guess is the revision. What is 0.13.0's if you don't mind looking it up?
