My keys also have gone from my inventory and when i revisit garage that key for the bathroom is not there.

Howd you play the other story. I load them and it just put me in a empty house with no people in it.
Do you mean the vickie story? The house is empty at the start of that one, you have to let vickie in to start the story.
But if you loaded the "original story" and everything is empty... try going back to the main menu. The launcher will automatically download the story files; you might have started it up before it finished downloading.

Ok so I don't know if it's new from this version (it seems so), but when you complete the Muse quest (the penguin sculpture) Derek freaks out and take all the keys, wether you have them in your inventory or not. Anyone found a way to get them back?
He only takes them if you finish the muse quest by hooking up with Madison (understandably, because he was trying to get with her instead). If you turn her down, he helps you instead.
but you can add any item to your inventory with console commands. "Player inventory add **insert-item-name-here**" you have to experiment with the name a little (like the key to ashley's bike lock is called "tinykey" in game, not "bikekey")

I mean, you can if you know how to decompile unity assets, modify the skin file, and recompile it... but I don't know how to do that.
No such thing. There are too many branching paths. If you just want the lackluster sex scenes, get a custom story on the eek forums. Google it.
What version are you playing? Why doesn't anyone know how to correctly ask for help? If it's any version that doesn't end in .5, it's a patreon testing build and probably broken. Don't play alpha or beta versions. They're not always going to be playable, which is why they're not made public.

I have no idea why link was removed. Alpha builds are of much lower quality and make more sense as preview then something to play long term.
