Yes to all of the above. You can already get a preview of the female MC as an easter egg. Select her in the menu, you can't confirm so hit cancel or whatever and back out and load any save file and you'll load in as the female MC. Nothing really changes besides you can now flash your tits to everyone or get fully nude and see their reaction, storyline is still the same as the male MC until the update comes out.
There are plenty on the Steam Community. No new achievements were added in 0.20.1 so they're mostly up to date.
Except the new scenes it's all seen from the ego perspective, so ... yes, that was in the game from the beginning.
It is still there, is bodypart and works with all body, even head, hand or ass. You must use it ingame. For a custom story you can just use the command that change the whole scale of character, so giants and gnomes but every part of body scale with character.
It is not a pose, it is an event so you should use sendevent for a character. I used in custom story creator with ease, I didn't try with console command but it is tied with events

This thing worked perfectly earlier here and I've only just today, seen that there was an update to the game. I did see if this patch (or whatever you want to call it) worked and sadly, it didn't seem to jive well with the new 0.20.3 version of the Steam one. Was there a fix planned or made for this latest update perhaps? It really shouldn't bother me as much as it does but just knowing that the 3% of the game is censored and there's a slight chance of it not being, makes my brain think the whole game is broken!
