Yes. The game reached it's official final version some time ago with the addition of the female player character.
One DLC came out later (at least one still to come) and it still gets function updates however.
Eek is planning to add the holiday decorations in form of DLCs, so players can deactivate them. A simple switch in the options would do the trick for me to be honest. But the data structure of this game is ... not ideal.
No Linux build, everything but Windows 64 Bit has been abandoned.

Yes, it's completed in the sense that everything is done. There's still one more DLC planned and some QoL updates left, but the main game is finished.

Really gonna compare Ren'Py cinematics to a game made entirely in 3D with Unity? If you don't like the game it's cool. No need to complain about something you probably aren't even playing.

In my defense, I just found this game a few minutes ago with the latest updates. Therefore, I cannot comment on the game itself, other than I noticed a similar, perhaps exact, model from a game I did play.
I have fingers crossed this game is fun and worth playing.
