Looking at the patch notes, it's really nothing of substance. But I can still upload it if you want.

Gamepad shouldn't affect it. I play with both at the same time.

There have definitely been instances where people couldn't play with a controller plugged in. Removing it fixed the game for them. Controller support is not fully implemented so some people may have problems with them and some may not. Depending on what controller you're using.

You'll have to wait for 0.22 for that or longer.
As long as only the last number changes, it's basically a collection of bugfixes.

itch and gamejolt are identical, btw.
And yes, the gamejolt uncensored version has been updated at the same time, yay!

The only version where I haven't seen an update yet, is the GOG one. But they have a API, that sometimes is a bit of a pita.

3 One I got for free however, Eek were kind enough to grant me an itch key when gamejolt shut down the game for pornography and it was unclear what would happen next.
Now however they don't sell it anymore (they sell the censored version now), but updates for the uncensored version are still available for previous buyers.
