No, also the Mac version seems to be a goner, hasen't been updated for Ages.

The game has way too many details to run on tablets, even if the engine supported Android.

Yes, but mods are mods. The question was posed about the main game. In the context of the main game, Brittney is a lesbian or heavily leaning bi. The only way she ever agrees to do anything with the male MC is through the presence of other women.
