So from what i understand the game have some things cut from GOG and Steam, but nothings is cut from the Patreon version and sites like itch.io and Gamejolt ?

Aother thing would be: actually doing things however you want and still get results. After i tried a playthrough for 3 hours, I grabbed the walkthrough and started from the beginning. It's a whole do this to get that, to do that and get this.

The game keeps saving it self 3 times and then it does random things such as punching in the air and invoking the pop-up menu in the middle. Is there DRM or anything nasty embedded in this game ? Any advice?

Not much of an adventure player, eh?
What I like in Houseparty is that it's mostly about finding out how to achieve a goal (even if we get a lot of guidance, a few things or actions still have to be discovered).
What I don't like, is that you can mess up and get to a dead end (pre LEC adventures style), or at least it seems so.

Steam, GOG: Family friendly version, the explicit content addon is sold separatly. The total price (base game + DLC) is the same as for the explicit version on itch.io
Epic: Family friendly version, I haven't seen the DLC there.
Gamejolt: For those who bought the game before Gamejolt decided to remove porn: With explicit content. For those who buy now: family friendly.

And yes, the family friendly version has no nude textures. If you ask why, ask Rockstar Games about "hot coffee". What's in the game, will be used, no matter if it's unlocked or not.

edit: The explicit content addon was reduced by around 67% during the last sales, so you got it for less than a cup of coffee. If one still wants to call the devs greedy, he is free to do so, but should be aware that it's complete bollocks.

Tried to enjoy this game but that ridiculous quest where you have to throw a firecracker at the asshole's apprentice is fucking impossible. It ALWAYS either pisses her off in which case she knocks ME out or fails to do shit and she knocks the girl out.

Compared to there previous years they have done a good job improveing them but using male charecter animations on female was kinda like a cop out after so many years.

True they did cut this all out but sadly alot of games are going away with adult stuff as soon as they are popular atleast wicked wims/real life mods are there for my sims 4.

Nothing like firing up sims 4 to your virtual prostitute ring and stripclub then enslave a town or make a nudist resport all with that E for everyone LOL. I also made a giant weed farm then started to get that guy selling so cool to see everything mix around.

Siims 4 + mods + dlc so much fun

Its been years i can see the frustration they have improved but it took so long to get too this stage but there team is much larger now hopefully office party is better.

Not true. You can peg Patrick now. And Derek has new quests.
