Yea had the same thought, but was curious to know since my device could run something like true facials at the lowest settings possible

It is a solution, it's just not the one you want. But if you want to know how to do it without playing:
Open the story in the editor which you can download from the offical homepage, find the stage of the quest they are currently in and disable what they are supposed to be doing at this moment.
Ask some custom story creators in the official forum how to do that if you are not able to do so.
If you are unhappy with the answer, well ... that's life.

It's released, not Beta anymore. but which game is ever finished on release? At least one DLC is to come out soon.

It doesn't have the NSFW content nor the DLC to enable it. So as far as Epic cares, it's just American Pie as a point and click game.

Epic and Gamejolt only sell the family friendly version.
Epic never sold the explicit content version, while Gamejolt changed ther policy last year. Those who bought it before can still get the uncensored version.

There's no such thing. The game has a number of different paths to follow, it requires several playthroughs to see everything.
Ok, one might consider the Vickie Vixen quest to be the most complete storyline where everyone was involved at some point.
But just for curiosity: What would you do with a full save where there's nothing left to do and everyone got layed already?
Plus some intimacy scenes are not repeatable, and a full save would prevent you from getting them.
