I don't think that's possible. Afaik Vicky and Rachel exclude each other.
The only thing to do now is wait I suppose, if it's not released here, then it will be released by repackers like fitgirl

I think the walkthrough in the OP is your best bet for fewest number of runs. Unfortunately the author always takes it down while he updates it which is why the link is dead currently. Hopefully it should be back up soon. In the meantime you can find the archived 0.22 version here:

I have two character walkthrough problem , 1- Vickie walkthrough step giving blue flower to vickie won't happen it will give message: "she doesn't want it right now" and can't continue guide anymore. 2- Stephanie doctor walkthrough after step give a tempered Rum to Katherine and she goes to bathroom interacting with stephanie won't give option: "Katherine's really sick and she needs your help!" and because of that she won't go to bathroom to help katherine so it's stuck there.
What do I do for those problems?

Is the focus going to be on small expansions like this Doja Cat thing, or is a new game in the works? Whatever happens, I hope the focus is on interactive sex scenes like with Vickie/Amy/Brittney etc, it would be awesome if that could be expanded to its full potential.

I think their full focus is on Office Party, their next game (or it might be that they're focusing on Doja Cat first before then shifting fully to Office Party)
