What's the difference between a game like Indy4 and HP? You speak as if you think a porn game (or the porn industry itself?) is not serious business. The porn industry decided the video tape war between VHS and Betamax and was also one of the main reasons for the success of DVD.
For Eek games this is no joke, it's money. And if they plan to have more guest stars in their games, they better make sure that those people don't get insulted.

Why yes, there is. In case you want to solve this on your own, using the automated method with the MelonLoader Installer utility, remove all of its current files and reinstall - but during that process, manually pick version 0.5.3.
Or, if you're feeling lazy and/or don't have MelonLoader installed at all, feel free to use this: [outdated link removed]
Just slap it into your base "House Party" folder, where the game's exe is, and unpack everything there.

I'm DCF, and I was bummed that Eek wouldn't let us fuck Doja Cat, so I made a mod that'll let you fuck Doja Cat. The mod is simply called "FuckDojaCat" and has been thoroughly tested, although some known issues do exist:
- Doja Cat's body is basically a Barbie doll; she has little untextured bumps for nips, but that's as far as it goes. I did create proper textures and attempted to put them into all the known mod folders - no luck. She'll never use them. Apart from that though, with this mod you'll be able to strip every single piece of clothing from her.
- She sometimes appears to re-equip a kind of "nevernude outfit" that's supposed to cover only the naughtiest of bits (which aren't really there anyway, but oh my...) however that's not a problem; you may just hit the button to undress her again, which immediately fixes this. Or maybe you wanna let her walk around in a leaf bikini, who knows.
- Some of the sex animations, while working fine for others, are severely broken for Doja Cat. I've disabled those, so nothing will happen if you attempt to use them (namely any kind of hand job, oral job or cowgirl position). That's due to her model distorting in weird ways - sure, I could've left it "as is" but it looked to me like she was morphing into John Carpenter's "The Thing" and that doesn't make PP hard. No thanks.
- Since Doja Cat never recorded any audio besides her regular dialogue and banter, she'll be entirely mute during sex. But hey, perhaps some of y'all like your women to shut up anyway so I won't judge. In the same way she also doesn't have any comment whatsoever on the player jizzing all over her. The only thing that she would do (even way before you were able to nut in the first place) was to knock you out and cause an immediate GAME OVER screen, if you only so much as briefly touched your PP in her vicinity... which now leads me to some good news as well:
To balance all these issues I just described with something more positive, I've also enabled free sex for ALL the ladies at the party - you may use a nifty menu to cycle through everything at the mere press of a button. Additionally, everytime you sex someone in that fashion, your friendship and romance levels with them will increase. That's my way of saying: "Thanks for bearing with the bugs, while I try to polish this turd of a mod" I guess. Just kidding, it works quite well (I hope).
Oh, and of course: you're able to strip all the other chicks as well. Or dress them back up. Or be trapped in an endless loop, until your brain dissolves to mush and you're left wondering if there's some sort of speedrun or endurance record for that.
As of right now, the female player character is not (yet) supported. I implemented this last minute before starting to write this post, and then I had sex with Patrick who was spinning in a circle on the ground, while my upper body was twisted 180° into the opposite direction (multiple times) so I could touch my own back with my nipples.
Maybe I'll keep that for a later update.

1. Should any official (be it from her or from Eek) ever ask me to take the mod down, I'd naturally comply. No questions asked. However, looking at many of the unbelievably outlandish - and sometimes, frankly, straight up illegal - things people have put into other games (even non-porn games) via mods in the past, I am inclined to say that I don't give 2 flying sausages until there's a legitimate reason to.
2. Both Eek and Doja Cat were probably left with no choice other than to implement these kinds of road blocks; not necessarily because Doja doesn't like to see herself getting railed in a video game... but far more likely because platforms like Steam and others have a clear policy against any type of sexual depictions involving real people. That's why they had to walk back and forth on some things and took so long to get the (uncensored) Lety DLC released in countries like Germany, for example. That was a long and tedious process, nothing you unnecessarily want to lose sleep over as a developer. At the end of the day, they want this DLC to sell - and as such, they need to comply with these regulations as well, even if it means to cut some corners.
3. I'm pretty sure Doja Cat has no interest whatsoever in people from a pirated porn game forum feeling offended in her stead. If it's really such a big deal, and should companies or individuals ever take issue with such things, they can (and will) step in personally. As long as they don't, be happy that a mod for this exists in the first place. Otherwise, where would the fun in gaming be, if we were not allowed to shape it to our liking? Especially when it's offline and doesn't hurt anybody.

Depends on what you'd like to achieve? The expansion content itself is available from the very beginning of a freshly restarted game - just go into the backyard and investigate the strange sounds coming from the fence past the gazebo. Other than that, I believe Doja Cat actually leaves the party once her quests are finished, so there's no real "endgame content" to look forward to. What a shame...
I personally think it's a missed opportunity, not putting these characters into the threesome-roster for Vickie... or at least making them available via compubrah.
Do yourself a favor and don't. The kind of degeneracy that exists here probably bleeds into peoples psychosomatic behavior.
I'd like to think that if you're going to star into a porn game, and there's no porn, something stinks to high heaven in Moscow. Call me ol fashioned.

What community ... all we got in common is having played the same game. There are those who like it and those who bash on Eek on every occasion.
Many people these days tend to get riled up over nothing, but that's just the modern way of life. No sex with one out of eleven a virtual NPCs in an adult game? Well, fine by me, I'll just stick to the ten others. But some take that personally and are outraged. It was made very clear that it's not going to happen and some still act offended.
Don't buy the DLC and let that be the end of it. But a shitstorm? Meh, I leave that to the younglings.
As you can see, reasoning with them is not always successful. I bought and play the game for what it is and not for what I want it to be.
As not just for for being a developer myself (no, I don't create adult games), I know that in the software industry you have to pay attention not to use external resources for what you are not allowed to, no matter if it's a codec for a media player in a operating system or a 3d model for an adult game. There are rules that have to be followed. I don't see any reason to be angry at Eek for not breaking their contracts.

And here I was, thinking that "fine by me" was quite a clear expression that I am fine with it. It looks as if I was wrong. I guess it was all a misunderstanding than, huh.
But it's good to see that the best you can do is trying to make fun of me. That tells me that I am on the right track. Once people start trying to lower others, it means they are out of arguments and are aware of that.

Possibly one of three things:
- You're playing as female character, which I said isn't supported;
- You don't have your dick out, which is a hard requirement (no pun intended) otherwise scenes would break and couldn't properly be stopped, because the protagonist would never be able to climax;
- You're attempting to play one of the "broken" scenes with Doja Cat, which I've also stated that I locked some of them deliberately simply because her model glitches out during those.
Can anyone help me out. Playing through Doja Expansion and she is performing. I have battery pack. Katherine calls for me. I talk to her and she asks me how i'm doing. She does not inform me of the drone being low on battery and I fail the show evertime

That's a bug. If she greets you normally, you might have to reload the save file or change a few of your choices involving her beforehand for now.
I personally worked around the bug by doing the Doja Expansion before giving the rum to Katherine.

I am assuming there were some bugs or otherwise unintentional annoyances introduced with the DLC, yes. For example: I always used to prep my savegame for a new run by basically doing / collecting everything I possibly could, exhausting all the dialogue options (without starting any major side plot) etc. until I was good to go to hit it off with everyone.
And I noticed that, since the DLC came out, it's no longer possible to heat up the coffee for Patrick by just placing the kettle on the stove by hand... instead, it's now required to interact and "Use with..." to do that. I had a mild panic attack whenever I saw that the usual "Turn on stove" option was no longer there.
