The short answer is YES. Although it's been about 2 years, I used to be able to modify body parts. If you search and follow the guides on Steam, one offers all the codes required to modify the game to your liking. They are not sliders but values you play with to increase or decrease sizes. Not sure if they modified the code since so you'll have to do a little research.

I am using winlator and the game runs a bit slow

Are your input buttons working for the game on winlator? The game doesn't seem to be registering any buttons. Other games work normally. So I'm wondering if there is something I need to tweak for this game specifically.
